How To Add An Appointment To Your Calendar

Your appointments and tasks will appear under Meetings and Tasks on the right side of your Welcome Page.

If you schedule an appointment or task for yourself, don’t forget to add it to your calendar so you get a reminder.

To do this:

  • Click on the meeting

  • Then click “Add to Calendar” in the bottom right corner of the popup

The event will automatically be added to your default calendar.

Pro tip: Be sure to include detailed notes when scheduling a meeting. This makes it easier to reference the conversation and prepare ahead of time.
