Meetings widget
The Meetings widget is where you will find meetings, follow-up calls, or demos scheduled with your customers. Click on them to see the full details. You can add a meeting to your calendar, modify it with any updates, mark it as complete, or view additional details about the customer.
Pro tip: Scheduling tasks such as follow-up calls is an effective way to stay on top of sales opportunities and remind yourself to touch base with customers.
Task widget
Like meetings, you can find out more details about your tasks by clicking on them for additional details. Here you can change their priority or status, mark them as complete, update or add additional details and link back to the customer account.
