Once you log into Statflo and complete your set up, you will see the Welcome Page! This is where you track progress on your Smart Lists, review pending tasks, see your upcoming meetings, monitor your metrics, and check out any unread messages. You can always navigate back to the Welcome Page by clicking on the first icon on the left side.
Smart Lists Completed So Far
Starting at the top left of the page, you’ll see progress bars under the heading “Smart Lists Completed So Far.” These show the progress you’re making on each of the Smart Lists assigned to you. By the end of each month, you should have attempted 100% of your list to get the most sales opportunities - this may require up to 3 separate attempts to reach the customer.
To see more specific stats on your progress so far, hover over Accounts left to go. You'll be able to see, for this specific Smart List, the number of accounts that you need to contact, the number of accounts that you have attempted to contact, and the number of accounts where a customer has responded back to you.
Completing Smart Lists means you’re connecting with customers and having conversations. The bars only move when you speak with a customer on the phone, you send a message to a customer, or they respond to your text. While reaching out to everyone on your Smart Lists is great, you need to have conversations with these customers to truly make progress.

My Personal Stats this Month
Your individually-based statistics live under this widget to help monitor where you’re at and stay on top of your follow-ups for the month.
Here’s what each of the stats mean:
Convos Started: Number of conversations you’ve started through text.
Responded: Number of conversations you've started through text and received a response.
Meetings to Complete: Number of meetings scheduled for this month that are not marked as completed.
Unread: Number of conversations that are categorized as unread and a customer is waiting for a text response.
SMS in Progress: Number of conversations where a customer is waiting for a response.
Tasks to Complete: Number of tasks scheduled for this month that are not marked as completed.
Activity Feed
The Activity Feed shows all activity associated with your account, such as conversations, meetings booked, and opportunities added.
Meetings and Tasks
Meetings and Tasks is where you’ll find meetings scheduled with customers and tasks you've set for yourself. Click on each meeting or task to see the details. You can add a task or an appointment to your calendar, mark a task as complete, or view the customer account to see more.
