Activities are actions you do to connect with customers or leads. Some activities are logged automatically, like calling or sending a text message through the app. Others have to be added manually (e.g. call, SMS, email, in store conversation). This ensures you get credit for sales that result from your activities.
From the Conversations page (find it using the second icon on the left side), select the customer you want to log an activity for under the Inbox or Smart List tab (you can use filters to help you find the customer).
Click Log An Activity button in the Customer Details widget (right panel).
Enter the details of the activity (e.g. incoming/outgoing, interaction, notes). Once you are done, click Confirm and you’ll see the activity appear in the account’s timeline!
