Enforce training
For your team to stay engaged with Statflo, they must first be trained on using the platform. Encourage them to review the self-serve training materials available through the Knowledge Centre and speak with your Customer Success Manager.
Lead by example
If you want your team to use Statflo, then you must do the same! Make sure you build Statflo into your daily workflow.
Talk about results
Be sure to highlight the positive outcomes or results of using Statflo! Seeing tangible results will encourage your team to stay engaged with the platform.
Stay accountable
Check in-app and external reporting regularly for updates on your team's outreach efforts. Be sure to follow up with team members who are not completing their assigned outreach.
Provide feedback and coaching.
Not everyone on your team may be comfortable with texting customers (at first), so be sure to offer coaching to help them improve! Take time to analyze your team's messages to customers and offer coaching to help them improve the outcomes of their conversations.
