Here are a few tips:

  • Make Statflo part of your daily routine by setting time aside each day to check your new messages, respond to messages, start new conversations, follow up, etc.

  • Don’t leave a customer hanging! Respond to messages as soon as possible to ensure your contact remains engaged.

  • If your conversations have stalled, ask your Admin user to assign additional contacts to you for outreach.

  • Leverage downtime to conduct customer outreach.
