How do I use the Campaign Widget?

Giving you easy access to account and campaign details

With the new Campaign Widget, you can now access the campaign and eligible information directly in Conversations. This means you can make more informed decisions quicker when reaching out to customers.

How to Find the Campaign Widget

Whether you are looking for more info or simply trying to personalize your interactions, you can now easily access campaign details in the right-panel of Conversations.

What's new?

The Campaign Widget is easy to navigate, so you can quickly access the information you're looking for and make the most out of your customer interactions. Click on the campaign title to see an overview of the campaign.

Once you click on the campaign name, you’ll see more details about the campaign. To read more on what the campaign is about, click on ‘View More’.

Next to the eligible’s phone number, click on the downward arrow for more information about the eligible line. You can expect to see the device name, campaign dates, plan, and more!

If you need to copy the eligible’s phone number, simply click on the clipboard icon. The campaign widget gives you the information you need to engage with customers in a meaningful way, without having to go back to the account page for each customer.

If a campaign expires part-way during the month, you’ll see an “Expired” pill, letting you know that the campaign is no longer eligible.
