How do I use Smart Lists?

Filter accounts by type when making follow-up calls.

Smart Lists are curated customer accounts assigned to you to maximize your sales opportunity! Each Smart List has a specific purpose, from a welcome campaign to a renewal.

How to see customers assigned to you via Smart Lists:

  • Option 1 - Go to the Conversations page, and click on the Smart List tab.

  • Option 2 - Go to the Welcome page > Select the specific Smart List you would like to see from the Smart Lists Completed So Far widget

Filtering

You can filter your list of accounts:

  • Date: defaults to the current month, you can select up to the past 12 months

  • Smart List: the Smart List you’d like to focus on

  • Status: where the accounts are in the sales process. Key statuses are: New Account, which are conversations that require reaching out to. SMS In Progress, which are conversations where the customer was the last person to respond, and No SMS Reply, which are conversations where you were the last person to send a message.

Pro tip: Filtering accounts by type is helpful when making follow-up calls.
