What is an Outbound Leads List?

Your Outbound Leads List is a Smart List to capture your very own leads, like those you’ve met in person.

It’s designed to help you manage and connect with your leads more effectively. Best of all, you can easily reach out to them directly from Conversations.

Keep reading to learn how to make the most of your Leads List!

How to Capture Leads

The process for adding leads hasn’t changed. Here’s a quick refresher:

  1. Go to the Campaigns page. Click the Leads tab

  2. Click on the + Add A New Lead button

  3. Confirm that the lead has provided consent to be contacted

  4. Fill in your lead’s information in the pop up

💡 PRO TIP: After adding a lead, send them a Chat Starter while you’re still in person. Ask them to reply, so you can follow up when the timing is right.

How to Track Leads

Hint: The answer is to create follow-up tasks to stay organized.

When adding a new lead, keep the Add a Task box selected to create a task on the next screen.

💡 PRO TIP: Help your future self. Log important details from your conversation. If a lead shows interest in a product two months down the line, set a follow-up task with all the relevant information.

You can then see your tasks on your Welcome page or What are my tasks? report.

How to Reach Out to Leads

In Conversations in the Campaigns tab, use Filter by Campaign and select Outbound Leads You’ll then see all of your leads for the month selected in your date filter.

Your first message to the customer, should be to request Express Written Consent. Send your first message to the customer while they are still in front of you requesting EWC.

Don't forget: it is required to contact leads and stay within compliance. For more information, check out our Help Centre article.

If a contact hasn’t provided Express Written Consent (EWC), a banner will appear in the conversation.

Your Own Leads

  • View all the leads you’ve added in Statflo this month in your Outbound Leads List

  • Find your Leads List anywhere you can use your Campaigns filter

  • This includes the Conversions, Smart List, or Smart List Progress page

Leads Tab

All Leads

  • View all your leads ever created by you and your team in your Leads tab on your Smart Lists page

  • Previously, to reach out to leads, you had to click each lead in the Leads tab, open their account page, and then click the SMS button to access Conversations

  • Your Leads List makes reaching out to leads much more efficient!

💡 PRO TIP: To make sure you don’t drop the ball for any lead:

  • Go to Reports from the left navigation bar

  • Select the What are my tasks report

  • See all your tasks – including those follow-up tasks you created for your leads

Make sure you complete all of your tasks!

That’s it! Now, go on, capture and nurture those leads of yours!
