To see the progress made on your Smart Lists, click the Reports tab on the left side of the dashboard.
Then, click the Smart List Progress report.
This report is a summary of your in-app activity. It’s not real-time, but it updates every three hours.
This report shows the number of attempts to connect with customers and how many customers were reached. You want to reach 100% of customers on these lists by the end of each month. The data can be filtered by Date or Type to focus on particular accounts.
Another way to track your progress is by looking at the Smart Lists Completed So Far widget on the Welcome page. This widget tells you whether or not you've started a list, hit your goal, exceeded your goal, or how many more accounts you have left. You can view even more granular details about your progress by hovering over status. This is also not real-time and updates every three hours.
Pro tip: Contact every account in your Smart List. It could take a few attempts, but the more customers you reach, the more sales you’ll make.
