Statflo has built-in compliance rules that check for words and phrases deemed as inappropriate, non-compliant, and misaligned with brand guidelines. At it's most basic setting, we block profanity in inbound and outbound messages. You must correct the flagged word or phrase before being allowed to continue.
Some customers will receive tool tips about the reasons for the block. This feature will be enabled for all customers in the future.
