Enhance your customer conversations with rich, personalized content! Statflo’s Content Sharing feature lets your team send videos, PDFs, images, appointments, and more, directly via text as shareable links, to drive higher engagement.

What Is Content Sharing?

Content Sharing allows admins to manage a library of approved, branded content that sales teams can easily access and share with customers. As an admin, you have full control over which documents appear in the Content Sharing library, and can create, update, or remove items at any time.

Click Select to choose what link to send your customer.

Manage Content Sharing

To access your content library:

Go to Settings in the left-hand menu, then click Manage Content Sharing.

Here, you'll see an overview of your content library.

You can filter content by:

  • Name

  • Type (e.g., documents, videos, special offers)

  • Date created

  • Visibility

Add Content

To add a new piece of content:

  1. Click Create New Content.

  2. Fill in the required fields, including:

  • Name

  • Type (e.g., PDF, video, image, appointment, location)

  • Language

  • URL

  • Visibility

  • Description (optional)

    3. Click Create to save it to your library.

💡 Tip: Be sure to include all relevant details to help your team understand and use the content effectively.

Edit Existing Content

Need to make changes?

  1. Click on the three dots on the right side of your added content. Click Edit Content on the item you wish to edit.

  2. Adjust the fields (e.g., name, type, language, visibility, URL, description).

  3. Click Save to apply the changes.

Delete Content

To remove a content item:

  1. Click the Delete button next to the item.

2. Confirm the deletion in the prompt.

⚠️ Note: Deleting content is permanent and cannot be undone.
