Leads from Statflo are first assigned to District Managers (DMs), who then distribute them to the appropriate reps. Reps are expected to review each customer’s profile and conversation history in the Statflo app before reaching out, ensuring every interaction is informed and personalized.
Follow-ups should happen within 24 hours, with reps logging outcomes directly in the app and DMs closing out the leads.
Step 1: Re-assign Task to Rep
Once a lead has been identified, a Task will be created and will appear in the Tasks section of your Welcome dashboard.
Step 1a: Select the Task in the Welcome Dashboard
Step 1b: Click Update and assign the Task to your rep of choice.
You may want to align the rep to the lead type (Hot lead, General inquiry, or Escalation) for best outcomes.
Step 1c: Click Save
Note: You can also see Tasks directly in the Account page of your customer in the Timeline.
Step 2: Closing Off The Lead/Task
Once your rep has actioned the task and logged an activity for the customer, it’s the perfect time to review the interaction. This ensures it meets your standards and provides a great opportunity for coaching to help your reps improve.
Step 2a: Find Tasks Assigned To Your Reps
To view tasks assigned to your reps, navigate to Reports > What are my tasks?
This report will show all tasks assigned to you and your reps.
Step 2b: Audit the interaction
What to look for:
Did the rep make contact?
Look for a Call or Text activity in the timeline.Did the rep log the activity and outcome?
There should be detailed notes and outcomes recorded.Did the rep reach out within the expected timeframe?
Check for accurate date and time stamps on all activities.
Step 2c: Update the Task
If you’re happy with the rep’s actions and the interaction looks good, return to the Task and mark it as Complete.
