Fill out the spreadsheet template
By now, you should’ve received an Excel spreadsheet template titled CAMPAIGN_FILETYPENAME_DDMMYY_UNIQUE_ID.csv from your Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Statflo.
There are columns from A to U:

While columns E - G and L - U are not mandatory, we strongly recommend filling them out. These columns provide your representatives with important context, which helps improve the quality and effectiveness of their conversations. However, if this information is not available, you may leave these fields blank.
Additionally, make sure to fill out the fields for Account_ID, Account_Type, and Account_Name.

Save to Spreadsheet
Notify your CSM that you’ve completed the spreadsheet. They will send you a unique keyword (the file type name) to use for naming your file.
Leave “campaign” in the file name and update the file type name and date (e.g. CAMPAIGN_FILETYPENAME_DDMMYY_UNIQUE_ID.csv). The date should be the date you upload the campaign.
The campaign file name serves as a unique identifier, allowing us to track which records were created through each specific campaign file.
Make sure you save the file as CSV UTF-8 in Excel.
Upload the spreadsheet!
Once everything is filled out and saved properly, follow the instructions below to upload your file. If this is your first time uploading a file in the Statflo app, you can request real-time support from your CSM while uploading your file (you can share your screen and your CSM can walk you through the process).
